Network flyout from Windows 7

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In Windows 8 and 10, they have a flat design network flyout, and it has less functionality than the one from Windows 7.

Describe the solution you'd like
A Windows 7 styled network flyout implemented into Open Shell.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Nothing else really exists, except for an old suspicious program named WeFi that has its own flyout that is different.

I saw this issue under the old Classic Shell repository, and wanted to post it here, you can see the old issue with more details on how the 8.1/10 flyout is worse below.

I'd like to see this as well! I think it wouldn't be too difficult for a knowledgeable coder to make a functional replica, but I don't have that ability myself.
