**Description** When using http helpers in kobotoolbox it should not allow absolute url. Eg: `http.get('https://openfn.org')`

openMRS has some explicit guarding around this and will throw if an absolute URL is thrown. I recommend you stick to that pattern.
This ideally should also be clearly documented (if it's not already)
