docker-machine ip command is not available anymore

I am able to build the environment for dev successfully but I am not able to get the docker ip address because the docker-machine ip command is not available anymore. Should I use the docker container's ip address?

The given documentation to set up the development environment is outdated and does not work. Can anyone help me with setting up the development environment and connect to my fhir hapi server. Thanks.
