[FEATURE] rtp.io module to be installed from repos

There is no way to use rtp.io module if installing from official OpenSIPS repos

To easy the process of using it, would be nice to have this possibility

I've assigned this to myself, but building the process is not that straight forward, and I'll probably need @sobomax help as well. Will keep you updated with the process.
