Where to find changelogs, release notes, and tags?

We are looking for migrating from voxpupuli/container-puppetserver:7.14.0-v1.1.3 to images provided by this repository. Finding and checking the changelogs of puppet back then was hard enough, but at least there were some GitHub release objects that one could review.

Now there are no tags at all in this repository, even through there are a few images released using the tagging schema mentioned in the README.md. But where are the release notes, where are the git tags to refer to and taking this image as an example: https://github.com/OpenVoxProject/container-openvoxserver/pkgs/container/openvoxserver/388753280?tag=7.18.2-latest where is the changlog and where to find resources from migrating from any container-puppetserver release to the new openvoxserver?
