Account cannot be deleted once they have created a revision in a project that they do not own

When I try to delete my account, the deletion fails if I have captured changes in a project that I do not own. This affects both revisions & notifications.

Removed from Sprint because the priority on this is low. No one has ever tried to delete their account and if someone does and the process fails, I will get an email notification and can do the deletion for them manually.
