Create example code

I still haven't determined whether or not the example code should be located inside this repository, or if it should be placed in a separate repository (leaning towards the latter), but it would be immensely helpful to have example code that goes along with each chapter and illustrates the concepts in complete, working examples. This could potentially also give people a way to test whether their problems are coming from their setup or small differences between their code and that of the book (an issue that appears to plague everyone, including me, who starts this book).
