Support Format and Export value types of scriptblock

$test = @{
    Name   = 'test'
    script = {
        Write-Output 'Hello World'
    }
}

$test | Format-Hashtable

Should output:

@{
    Name   = 'test'
    script = {
        Write-Output 'Hello World'
    }
}
