Can IP address and timestamp be passed to custom events ?

For my use case which is ingesting visits from server-side access logs, I read this :

Which don't seem to indicate the possibility of creating a custom event with a visitor IP address and visit timestamp.

Is that doable ?

Hey, the current server side API is in a very raw state and more of a byproduct and doesn't allow that right now.

This will only be possible when Hitkeep gets dedicated server side endpoints. If you like, I can give you a work in progress branch for what I was thinking of and see if that works for your usecase while I iron it out.
