download completed but received size ... does not match expected size client errors #2794
Description
Recently there have been reports of client errors that have an error message along the lines of:
download completed but received size ... does not match expected size. This could be related to this PR but it could be due to an upstream problem with XRootD. The other thing of note, is that the recieved size is usually ~8mb and is always less than expected size.
