Since we do not want to become this community dependent on a single persons we should have a rule set describing how this organisation is administrated and organised.
The Readme of this repo contains a little start, but we need to extend this. We should discuss how we

  • elect people to become owners
  • under which circumstances we do not want people to be owners any more (this relates strongly to Decide and create Code of Conduct #1 )
  • how we organise teams and team permissions
  • how we attract more people for the different tasks (also non technical tasks)
