We love your Mini4WDChrono and are slowly building it up from the basic version. Mostly improving hardware. The LED strip is a great addition - it results in fewer false starts from the kids especially.

My next project is to use a starter button. I guess that goes from the Arduino pin to GND. I can't see any doco, so let me know if I'm wrong.

We use https://challonge.com/ at our club to manage the races. We have 35 or so competitors each event. Would you consider integrating that as a new tournament manager?

By the way - we also love your track designer.
