Details:

We initially tested the demo app you provided, linked our account, and configured our organization, but we encountered an error related to the "event type" field: "Bad option response for prop type eventType". We’ve included a screenshot and detailed error information for your review.

Despite following all recommended troubleshooting steps to an existing related issue, the issue remains unresolved. The problem occurs across multiple accounts, all with admin rights.

We also tried using your SDK for integration. While other services functioned correctly, we encountered the same error when setting up Azure DevOps. Interestingly, when accessing the URL used to list all event types directly in a browser, we received a proper response, which suggests the issue might be limited to the integration layer.
