ImageSharp has vulnerability issue

Hi,

i just created my first PiranhaCMS from Piranha Razor template. Looks pretty good.

However, Visual Studio reports a vulnerability issue with SixLabors.ImageSharp. In program code I just found options.AddImageSharp.

How to overcome this issue?
