Make sure to locate the Vulkan SDK if Vulkan support was enabled.
When building against OpenUSD, if hgiVulkan was built we need to locate where the vulkan SDK is as
Vulkan::Vulkanis a target dependency inpxrTargets.cmake.Link to proposal (if applicable)
