Sometimes is plotting speed 50% slower on same machine (process restart fixes it)

Hello, I noticed that is plotting speed sometimes 50% slower on same machine. If i stop plotting script and re-run it in terminal, it's on 100% speed again. First plot is usually created with 30Mbs, but second plot only 15Mbs. Please help me how can i fix this.
