Just thinking about it, since we had like friendly-drones-x. 1 < x < 10

We would like a configurable limit per IP (default: 3 robot per IP). The IP check should be at the registration only (for now) and last for one game.

Getting the real ip behind the reverse proxy needs to be tested!
