In the mayoral election, It was expected that establishment candidate Lewis Reed and progressive Tishaura Jones would win, and the non partisan election was a redundant step to eliminate the GOP candidate. Surprisingly, the progressives all voted for for Jones and Cara Spencer, eliminating the establishment candidate, Lewis Reed. Jones and Spencer went on to the general election the next month.

I think the only Approval election is March 2021, though, which would be actually be on https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/departments/board-election-commissioners/elections/results/past-years.cfm which links to https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/departments/board-election-commissioners/documents/election-results/upload/Mar21-Final-Official-Summary.pdf
