Lightning Rods orientation gets updated incorrectly

Bug Description & Expected Behavior

When i place a lightning rod its rotation changes to a different one after ~15 seconds.

Normal Lightning rod gets flipped 180 degrees.
Other variants rotate facing up.
End rods are not effected.

I tested the precompiled linux, windows (with wine) version and compiled my own. I also tested 26.2 and 26.1 version and the same thing happens.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place a lightning rod sideways.

2. wait max ~15 seconds for it to change rotation.

The same happens for all types of trapdoors.
