Giving Access to My New Account After Suspended of Old Account

I'd like to request assistance regarding my suspend account issue. Previously, I had an account with the handle @zaidannn7 which has been banned cause i used cirrus-ci for manually and not from ROM-Builders. However, I have recently created a new account with the username @newestzdn. I kindly ask for your help in granting access to my new account, so that I can continue using the cirrus as a push user with my new account.
