This issue follows the discussion from this PR: #423

We want to convert columns from decimal to jsonb:

  • percentage_discount in orders and client_orders tables
  • time_promotion_discount_value in orders table

jsonb structure: { discount_value: 10.0, type: "time_promotion_discount" }
