As the title stated above. I downloaded this and now I can't play online anymore with anyone.
Is there any way that I can fully scrub this off of my computer and be able to play online with friends again?

It's not because of RemnantSaveGuardian. Look for reason somewhere else. There is nothing to "scrub" just the program files that you unpacked and the backups that the program makes. Either cannot affect your ability to play online.
