Which part of the documentation is missing/unclear?

Terms of Services(TOS) draft here.

I've referred to some ideas from the following websites.

The property included

  • Latest updated date, yymmdd.

Hi - we should use a creative commons license (no need for a terms of service draft).

If we're worried about commercialization, we should go with CC BY-NC or CC BY-NC-SA.

Thoughts?

Thanks advice @annaritz ! I agree with that we have CC licenses to grand against commercialization, but our services would collect user data from logging, maybe we should make clear how we do with data/ privacy issues?
