Add a "Suggest a Graph" "Suggest a Tutorial" button

Perhaps as an intermediate to managing authors of graphs and tutorials, can we have "Suggest a ____" buttons that send an email to someone (or lists a GitHub Issue, even). Suggested phrasing:

Suggest a Graph
Graphs should be grounded in real data, small (ten nodes or fewer, describe some organization in biology. Provide a link or paper that can be cited. You may be contacted to provide content as an author.

Suggest a Tutorial
Tutorials should explain classic graph algorithms that are used in biological applications. Provide a link or paper that can be cited. You may be contacted to provide content as an author.
