Description
- It would be helpful when a user types an incorrect query because a protein does not exist, the page displays a suggestion to go find that protein in uniprot.
- similarly, if they query an incorrect go term that does not exist, display a link to the gene ontology page to find that go term
- if a protein exists but there is no connection to the go term, potentially suggest the user to query with a very general go term (biological, molecular, cellular process). or we can produce a list of all the go annotated proteins. i think suggesting a list of the all protein neighbors to the query protein does not make sense because in this case we are assuming there is no connection to the go term
potentially there may be more edge cases
