Adding download section #227
Description
It would be useful to have a page to easily access all our data. Here is how STRINGDB does it
- Ability to select which species we want to download
- Include the timestamp/version history of the file
- Download GO term hierarchy as an edge file with additional columns as the properties of the nodes and relationship
- Download Protein-Protein interaction as an edge file
- Download Regulatory intearctions as an edge file
