Description

Issue, PR 템플릿 변경 및 컨벤션 공유
브랜치 명을 제외한 모든 것은 "소문자 영어: "를 접두사로 갖는 이름으로 통일
브랜치 명은 "소문자/브랜치이름#이슈"로 통일
- 브랜치 명은 공백 문자 없음
- 한글 불가능
- 띄어쓰기 문자는 하이픈(-)으로 적용
