Ich kann das problem im print dialog reproduzieren:

Im nicht-print context sieht das okay aus:

Scheint mir ein browser bug im print context von dem css zu sein.. ich bekomme aber auch die schnelle keinen workaround hin.

Another confirmation: same prob here with Chrome 95.0.4638.69 (64-bit) running on Win 10 home (10.0.19043 Build 19043).

In addition, I found another (minor?) problem caused by the faulty scaling:

(Mind the cut 40-char PGP fingerprint: behind the visible "A3" in the back, there is another two chars. Thus, without the QR the form cannot even be used by manually reading the data.) MIGHT have the same root cause.

UPDATE:
After switching several times the targeted printer (PDF Writer, real printer, ...) and the paper format (A4->A5 and back) the QR is shown correctly just without doing any serious changes. The cut PGP fingerprint persists.

@Aves83 Yeah, this is known, but I consider it no serious problem because the key is encoded in the QR code, which is actually used to read the form. This problem existed from the beginning and I believe it's not related to the newly surfaced QR code problem.

I created a bug report for chromium: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1267814
