Support `sslMode` and More controlable MySQL options #7

For MySQL 8.0.13 and later, useSSL is replaced by sslMode, see.

Hope you support it.

And there're requirements of changing the value of some MySQL options like allowPublicKeyRetrieval serverTimezone from me and some others.

So could you to add the feature to customize MySQL options?
