Description

Change file made from the manifest change editors has a different fileName property in the change file's content regarding the actual file name.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use any of the manifest change editors
2. Generate a change file and open it
3. See that the fileName property in the change file's content is different from the name of the change file.

Expected results

fileName property in the change file's content for the manifest change editors now has three segments with the last one being the change type. fileName and the name of the change file are now identical.

Actual results

File names differ.
