The level of interpretation. Different people have different levels of understanding.
For example, the sample output says:
“Cholesterol is a molecule that is found in animal cells and body fluids. Cholesterol is not found in plant sources. It is a type of lipid which is a fat or fat-like molecule. Cholesterol is a soft waxy substance. Cholesterol is a special type of lipid that is called a steroid. Steroids are lipids that have a special chemical structure. This structure is made of four rings of carbon atoms. Cholesterol is found especially in animal fats. Hypercholesterolemia means that cholesterol level is too high in the blood. High cholesterol levels show that heart disease may develop.”
“High-density lipoprotein (HDL) is one of the five major groups of lipoproteins.[1] Lipoproteins are complex particles composed of multiple proteins which transport all fat molecules (lipids) around the body within the water outside cells. Increasing concentrations of HDL particles are strongly associated with decreasing accumulation of atherosclerosis within the walls of arteries. This is important because atherosclerosis eventually results in sudden plaque ruptures, cardiovascular disease, stroke and other vascular diseases.”
If I were a 60-yr old remote village farmer, I don’t know what molecule is, what a lipid, steroid etc. are. And also spoken about carbon atoms and it says heart disease.
So of all the details, heart disease is very alarming and so people can get scared even though the results are not critical, some people can still interpret it as a high risk and suffer the anxiety.
Some of the above words can still be jargons to some people which will cause more panicking and it needs more explanation. So giving explanation to explanation and then again doing it -- becomes multi level nested explanation which can confuse people with more new terms.
