Can you modify the files that it is possible to use Segger System View?

Sources which contains also a patch for the Kernel 10.4 can be downloaded from Segger System View Website (https://www.segger.com/downloads/systemview/). I would have maybe done by myself, but in the description is stated that no pull request are allowed.
