Compling on Mac BigSur and Windows 10

It seems our software repo is a way of alignment of the current versions of the most used OS's.
We need to fix this if we want other developers to work with the repo.

faced with issue, that can't build FW with arduino 1.0.1, coz it not support in Macos 10.4
will try some refactoring for able to work with modern version (1.8)
