Text rendering issues

Text on certain question types (I think recently-redesigned Pair-Match and Categorise) not rendering properly like on desktop. Compare:

• Ensure non-Roman characters are same size and in serif font, like on desktop.

katex_main seems not working on phones. maybe we need another font family.

It's possible. As this is something I noticed mainly from these two bricks, we can wait to fix it, but I'll ask for somebody from maths/science to test on mobile too.

its unicode characters. we probably need to find another font family for unicodes.

Sorry to dig this up out of nowhere but testing some stuff and I can see work was done.

It look much better, but there seems to be one problem remaining - the small ɪ character looks taller and bolder than the other characters:

Actually, ʃ and θ also look bolder (but ŋ is exactly right). Can anything be done?
