Currently, criteria are defined and labelled in criteria.csv. The help information for each is then defined in, for example, quarto_docs/help/_id_0_1.qmd. If criteria are changed, reordered or moved to a different level, and the ID changes, this will require a re-jig of the quarto help docs or else the wrong help information could be given for the criteria in the form. Think we could manage this better.
