Motivation

v0.19.0 was released a few days ago: https://github.com/sqlparser-rs/sqlparser-rs/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#0190-2022-07-28

Proposed Solutions

Bump version in Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock

I don't think there's anything specific that would directly benefit this project, but I would like to keep the code updated to work with the latest version to avoid maintenance burden later.
