[feature request] Use rust or any static typed language to make SeedSigner UI more faster

I want to thank you the upgrade to make UI more faster than ever but I think using python as a main language prevents the UI could be faster it could be with static typed language. Zero Pi has very low RAM resources, so static typed language implementation could optimize the memory usage, beside the speed of the UI-ness.

If you choose rust you can also check no memory leaks are present. So better for anyone.

Consider this as a wish in the future, because there is so much work to do. But it could be an incredibly huge advance.

Zero Pi has very low RAM resources

Pi Zero has 512MB of RAM.

The framerate of the live camera preview is adequate but not exceptional, but overall there isn't anywhere in the UI that performs poorly.

Operations like signing a massive number of inputs can take a few seconds, but we're already using bitcoin core's C++ secp256k1 library for that.
