[FEAT] : Implement Swap functionality from the dropdown/popup

We have a popup for performing various activities that appear when we click on the chatbox after arriving on the Transactions page

Currently we just have the UI for this implemented

TODOs-

• Implement the swap functionality for the popup and connect it to /api/transactions api route
• Test it out properly and run it out locally
