Command for loading maps from different directories

• We should also store these directories in the config file.
• When loading a maps folder all the maps in that folder need to be added to the list the same way the maps downloader does.
• (We need to check if the map adding code handles duplicate entries, pester @gbMichelle about that when the time comes)

I can see this being particularly useful for people using a separate folder to compile maps, for server owners, and people with multiple installs.

Adding multiple of the same maps is mildly broken, the map will load properly, but displaying the string and stuff gets a little screwy

Understandable. If two maps have the same name and similar sizes, it would be difficult for the user to pick which one to load if Vulpes opens a prompt to pick the map. After that, there's the difficult-to-implement option of previewing each map. Next is actually loading one map and then the other. After that, if the two maps are too similar...
