1.19.2 carpet server/nbtcraft v2.2.0

Recipes containing non-vanilla features are taken when restarting the server

set gamerule limitedcrafting to true and take all recipes
give a non-vanilla crafting recipe using /recipe
quit server and restart
rejoin server and the given recipe is gone

conformally added the bug label
