Is it possible to add the ability to convert any format video to Dolby Vision file?

Hello, this is really a great design. Is it possible to add the ability to convert any format video to Dolby Vision file? Is it possible? Thanks again!

that's not really possible unfortunately, Dolby Vision is a proprietary High Dynamic Range (HDR) format that requires specific metadata, encoding tools, and licensing from Dolby. Also , furthermore, existing video would already have all the colour information encoded in it and there's no simple way to add a new colour mapping to an extended dynamic range of colours if those colours don't already exist in the video. Maybe there's a way to simulate HDR effect by increasing contrast and saturation and then encoding that into HDR10 space but I doubt it would look very natural..
