When turning on "share in version control" in other option the file sloeber.cfg is not created
Note that sloeber.cfg is now called autobuild.cfg and allows you to store information at the level of CDT and sloeber.
Because it is the same system the option "share in version control" is the same as share setting in C/C++ build/team.
Note that fields can be excluded to solve differences in configuration between systems (like the upload port)
