Description: Add a setup guide to the README to help new developers get started with the project. This includes installation steps, dependencies, and how to contribute.
Skill Required: Basic Git and Markdown
Steps:
Outline steps for cloning the repo.
Include commands for installing dependencies and running the project locally.
