Hvorfor oppgraderes ikke versjoner av komponenter?

Er det tidspress?
Har vi for mange breaking changes individuelt?
Har vi for mange pakker tilgjengelig?

Vil brukerne (utviklerne) ønske seg komponentbasert patching eller pakkebasert patching?

Er det ikke lettere å bare bumpe hele systemet?
Hva er fordelene med individuell versjonskontroll?
