@Staacks Hope you are well!

I am trying to buy another run of the GB Interceptors and it looks like
NCP1117LPST33T3G is out of stock and checking DigiKey it seems that the lead time is December. Is there a possible 1 to 1 replacement of this part?

Hope this is a good platform to asking this question and thanks again for all the work you have done on this!

My electronics experience is rather limited in this area. I picked this voltage regulator simply because it was used in the minimal hardware example from the rp2040 documentation. In my wifi cartridge project I used a NCP1117IST33T3G which has a higher dropout voltage, but I think it should work as well - but that is not available either.

I also built one Wifi cartridge with a AP7361C-33ER LDO and it worked fine. At that time I was hoping that it could solve the brown-put problems that I had with the wifi cartridge and while it did not solve it, it seemed to work identical to the NCP1117. And they are available!

Of course, I have not tried them with the Interceptor, so please check the datasheets to see if there are any differences that I did not consider, but I am fairly optimistic that it works. Also make sure that you get the 33ER version, because the one without the R has a different pinout and will not be compatible with the PCB.
