jupyter_contrib_nbextensions is erroring during our upgrade of the base image
#2014

The extension hasn't seen an update in 3 years
https://github.com/ipython-contrib/jupyter_contrib_nbextensions

Investigate if the extensions are being installed properly as is, which ones are being used, if there are replacements for them. See if this extension can be removed or not.
