Custom steam HOME location.

Since steam likes to create a billion files and directories all over my homedir without following the XDG base directory specification, I confine it by overriding the HOME environment variable before running steam. That makes it so SGDBoop can't find any of the files.

I've tried overriding the env var the same way for SGDBoop, but SGDBoop stops working. If there was a setting, or config file to set the steam path, that'd be cool.
