According to https://github.com/StrawberryPerl/Perl-Dist-Strawberry/releases/tag/dev_54201_beta1_20250709, this perl was "Compiled using GCC 13.2 with MSVCRT".

Is that correct ? (I was expecting it to be compiled with a UCRT compiler.)
