Automatic hiding of pop-up windows with the main window

If the "Adjust all times" or "Find" (or others) pop-up window is active, and then I switch to "Batch Convert," the Batch Convert hides the main window but doesn't hide the other pop-up windows like the ones mentioned above.
Would it be possible to set up automatic hiding of pop-up windows along with the main window when, for example, "Batch Convert" is active?
