Force next sub to move to allow current sub to be at Max CPS

Hello, how are you doing?

As I said in the title, while editing, if I use the shortcut to "Recalculate duration of current subtitle" and the next subtitle is too close, it will not be able to reach max CPS (for example 27 instead of needed 25).

The same for "Set end, next start and go to next" would be appropriate.

I feel like that option is already there because it works that way in "Fix common errors -> Fix short display time", but can it be implemented while editing?
